Cougars Held Scoreless Against Oxnard

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - The College of the Canyons men's soccer team was edged 2-0 by the defending Western State Conference champions at COC on Friday afternoon.

The Condors fired off 17 shots to the Cougar's seven. COC tallied shots by five different players and defender Akram El-Nady led the team with two shots.

David Garcia suffered the loss, but did record two saves in the game.

The Cougars will travel to Allan Hancock on Tuesday, Oct. 18 for a 2 p.m. match.
