2018 College of the Canyons Cross Country News
The event features a three-mile course that begins at Cougar Field and winds through the Valencia campus and surrounding hillsides, concluding inside Cougar Stadium. All races begin at 7 p.m.

Participants will run a three-mile cross country course through the COC Valencia campus, beginning at the college's baseball field and continuing through the campus and winding through the hills overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley.

Canyons turned in a strong showing in its final race prior to the Western State Conference (WSC) Championship meet on Oct. 19
COC women's team placed fourth while the men's squad ran to a sixth place finish.
Canyons freshman Sebastian Holding posted the top time for the men's team to finish 14th overall and sophomore Amanda Finn ran to a fifth place finish for the women's squad.
The annual event will provide an early glimpse of the course set to host the CCCAA Southern California Championship on Nov. 2.
